Ivybrooke Crossing

This is an older Apartment complex in West Seneca; quiet (I never heard my neighbors) and well maintained. Many long term residents, safe; 8 apartments to a building w/ main bldg door requiring keyed entry. Less expensive than similar properties with similar amenities in the area. Good sized pool, walking distance to bar, restaurants, bowling alley, and medical services. Close to highway entrance off route 400. The office staff very courteous, the maintenance staff exemplary, keeping all utilities in order, changing filters and even light bubs. Always plowed and sidewalks free of snow and ice; even during the winter of 2013-2014. Garages available; pets allowed. Everything kept neat and tidy.
When I moved to be closer to work, I didn't ask for the security deposit back- what landlord returns your SD? Well after a month or so there was a check in my mailbox for the full deposit. Good on 'ya Ivybrooke.
