Frost Waterproofing

I needed to have my mother's basement waterproofed. The estimate was done by the owner, Mike Frost.  He was polite, professional and also suggested what needed to be done to waterproof basement.  Once the contract was signed, a date was set for work to begin.  Some of the work was done in the evenings and on weekends which was convenient since I did not have to take off time from work. Mike and his workers were alway on time, very polite and very considerate.  Putting in drain tiles is a very hard and dirty job, but they cleaned up every day.  The crew was always willing to discuss what they were doing and answer any questons we had.   They knew the rules for our town and when the town inspector came to approve the work, they had no problems complying with any chages he wanted to see.  The work took about a week to fully complete and have inspected.  The basement looks wonderful and is dry for the first time in years.  Mike and his crew left our home in better condition than they found it.   I would highly recommend them.
