My RV lost the transmission about 100 miles outside Buffalo and had to have it towed to shop. After finding out transmission was toast we called there shop and found Transmission after picking it up and taking it to shop the shop realized my tail shaft was different because of my transbrake. So I called them and they tore down my old and new transmission and used my old shaft on the new transmission and did not charge me a dime, and did it in an hour and a half. Simply outstanding and by far the best prices around. Thanks to Jeffery and all the guys that made it happen and get us out of there before that 5 foot of snow.

Transmission failed completely while we were driving in Buffalo on business. This shop was recommended by another garage that didn't work on transmissions but was highly recommended. Continental had us towed in and had the transmission replaced in seven hours. I think that's a world record for this kind of work. The price, after I checked, was reasonable. But overall, the friendliness of the owner (Patrick Glenn) and his professionalism meant a lot to my wife and me. We don't live anywhere near Buffalo and they could have taken us to the cleaners. Instead they did good work at a fair price. You can't ask for more.
