Great! Ed was very nice and only took about 20 minutes and the stains were gone. The cost was very affordable as well

Ed was VERY professional. He showed up on-time, asked what I wanted done, followed through with everything agreed upon, and gave a very fair price for an excellent job. The job was done quickly and the carpets also dried quickly. They were never soaked, and didn't seem to take a lot of time to dry. I had a few spots in the carpet (from a puppy) and he was able to remove all but one. He told me to call if the stain didn't go away. I called him yesterday and he returned to re-treat the spot. It came out! I highly recommend Clear Choice Carpet & Floor Care.

Have used this service three times at our business location. First two times were great, no problems. The third time the carpet was cleaned, it dissolved the adhesive that held the vinyl floor molding in place. (Carpet is installed over tile and has vinyl molding around the edge). The first time I phoned to complain, the secretary assured me I would receive a return phone call, which never came. The second time, she said they would call me back to recommend someone to hire to fix it. I explained that I believed they should be responsible for fixing the problem. Despite several phone calls since then, I have never received a return call. My carpet is now starting to fray around the exposed edge, and I will have to hire someone to fix it.
The owner, Ed, seems like a nice enough guy, but if this is how they treat their repeat customers, I will not use them again and have no choice but to give them a less than favorable rating.

"We cleaned the carpets at this location on several occasions. The transition piece the customer is referring to was damaged in several areas as a result of chairs being dragged across the carpet--not because of our carpet cleaning equipment (it is not possible for our equipment or products to dissolve the adhesive backing of a carpet, although the commercial degreaser her kitchen staff uses to mop the tile in the restaurant CAN break that adhesive down if tracked through on shoes over the exposed areas). We advised the customer that this was the reason for the initial damage and recommended brought in a repair company (Pafco Products) to take a look and advise on the repair. Pafco offered to complete the repairs at cost as a courtesy to the customer because of her relationship with Clear Choice. She may not be aware of this fact however, because the day that Pafco came out to assess, she was not present; she sent her cook instead."
