Ed was VERY professional.  He showed up on-time, asked what I wanted done, followed through with everything agreed upon, and gave a very fair price for an excellent job.  The job was done quickly and the carpets also dried quickly.  They were never soaked, and didn't seem to take a lot of time to dry.  I had a few spots in the carpet (from a puppy) and he was able to remove all but one.  He told me to call if the stain didn't go away.  I called him yesterday and he returned to re-treat the spot.  It came out!  I highly recommend Clear Choice Carpet & Floor Care.

Have used this service three times at our business location.  First two times were great, no problems.  The third time the carpet was cleaned, it dissolved the adhesive that held the vinyl floor molding in place.  (Carpet is installed over tile and has vinyl molding around the edge).  The first time I phoned to complain, the secretary assured me I would receive a return phone call, which never came.  The second time, she said they would call me back to recommend someone to hire to fix it.  I explained that I believed they should be responsible for fixing the problem.  Despite several phone calls since then, I have never received a return call.  My carpet is now starting to fray around the exposed edge, and I will have to hire someone to fix it.  
The owner, Ed, seems like a nice enough guy, but if this is how they treat their repeat customers, I will not use them again and have no choice but to give them a less than favorable rating.
