We offer general contracting services and consultation for any home or office project. Carpentry services for any size project by our own employees and supervised by the owner. We are a Green builder with the LEED A.P. (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional). Design services with a lean towards sustainability and materials reuse, including responsible waste management to include recycling and local material sourcing. Our projects in the residential area include everything from a new house to renovating one room. We also do historical restoration

This was a major renovation of a existing living room and the addition of a bathroom and mud room. John went way beyond anything that we could have imagined to give us more usable living space than originally agreed upon. His attention to detail and innovative design ideas were evident from the beginning. We quickly learned to trust John's judgment and to also trust that everything would be done "right"....no shortcuts or work arounds. His crew are hardworking professionals and it was a pleasure dealing with them on a daily basis for over 2 months. Not only would I recommend Cox Construction to friends and family, but i also plan on using them again in the future.

He does have the vision to replicate the natural beautiful charm of moldings and old construction and that’s why I went with them. I would highly recommend him because of his quality of work and reproducing stuff to replicate older moldings and style. He does good quality work. The molding is gorgeous. I am very happy with them.
