Over the last couple of years, we have used PPS for our dog at least a few times a month when our work schedules get hectic as well as when we go on vacation. We have even used them when we just want to go on a day trip and plan to be away for more than a few hours. It's not just the service they provide but the WAY they provide the service that really matters to us--from Wendy and Maeghan's level of responsiveness to the summary Maeghan writes of each visit (whether he went potty; what tricks he did for treats) and even the calendar we get every year showcasing all PPS' pets. In my opinion, it is impossible to be a client of PPS and not pick up on their devotion to the pets they care for.

The cats were well-cared for. No worries!

We go away a lot. We have been using Purrfect Pets for over a year now and are impressed with the service. Teri is our most often care giver and she leaves detailed accounts of each visit and the descriptions proves she cares about our furry babies she gives them lovin during her visit. Teri administers medicine and is very thorough. Teri even takes our garbage cans and mail in when she has the chance. Wendy runs a professional operation. Wendy answers my questions in a timely manner and is organized. I very much feel Wendy the owner cares about her clients and provides a great service.

It went terrific! Nickki was happy and didn't seem stressed at all while I was away. Sitter Maeghan left updates for each visit telling what Nickki was doing, how she ate,  slept and how she did her business outside.  I love these updates as it makes me feel like i wasn't even gone!  What a terrific experience once again.

Karen did a great job with our three Siamese cats. The two male cats are terrors, but Karen did a wonderful job. They did really well while we were away.

We will use her again for our next trip.

We have been with Purrfect Pet Sitting for over 15 years., but this past summer Teri and Wendy were lifesavers for us over the past year. We found out that our cats were failing and wouldn't last the summer. At the same time we learned a family member was dying of cancer. It was incredibly difficult traveling to be with our relative and leaving our sick kitties, but knowing that Teri would be there to medicate and cuddle our kitties while we were gone made it possible. And when things were at their worst Wendy kept me updated with text messages giving me the peace of mind to do what had to be done.

We love Purrfect Pet Sitting and especially our sitter, Karen. She always leaves us a detailed note about her time spent with each of our pets and we know they are well cared for when we're away.

We have been using Purrfect Pet Sitting for a little over a year to take care of our dog.   We have used Purrfect Pet Sitting both while we are away on vacation and sometimes during the work day when we are unable to get back to the house midday.  There are several reasons why Purrfect Pet Sitting works so well for us:
(1) Confidence and trust are huge factors for us, which is why we put off hiring a pet sitter for so long.  Teri has always made us feel very comfortable in coming into our home to take care of our dog.
(2) Teri understands our quirky dog.
(3) Short written reports are left for each visit.
(4) Our dog doesn't do well with boarding.  So, for vacations, this is a great option because it allows him to stay in his own environment, while getting a few visits a day from Teri.  
(5)  Ease and convenience of scheduling: we usually request visits via text and get confirmation in 12 hours or less (usually less).
(6) Accessibility: The owner, Wendy, and our pet sitter, Teri, are both very accessible to answer any questions.
(7) It is very clear that Teri and the owner, Wendy, understand and love animals. 
So, as someone who has regularly used Purrfect Pet Sitting for over a year now, I have always been happy with the services provided, and highly recommend them.

PPS gained my confidence, and more importantly, the confidence of my kitties immediately. This is a very professional, thorough and detailed oriented pet sitting service. Notes regarding pet behavior and services provided are documented for each visit. Pet dishes are washed and any kitty litter kicked outside of boxes is vacuumed ? very important to me is contact with a sitter when I'm traveling. Even though I know my cats are in good hands, I feel better checking in. PPS not only follows up quickly, their response may include a picture of my pet looking smug and happy. Major, major props to PPS for helping me out on a moment's notice when I was admitted to the hospital. I sent a text while I was in the E.R., and PPS owner Wendy responded immediately. She and sitter, Karen ?also worked with me until my discharge, which wasn't easy because the doctors kept changing their minds as to when I could go home. PPS had my back and I was able to let my shoulders down. I highly recommend Purrfect Pet Sitters. They are exceptional.

Karen took care of our three cats for a week while we were away. She also cleaned the litter, took in the mail and left it organized, watered the plants and took out some trash. In the middle of the trip when I emailed the service to see how the cats were doing, Karen emailed her right back and included a picture of all the cats. We will use the service again.

Wendy and her staff are fantastic! We've hired them many, many times to take care of our cats and keep an eye on the house while we were away. Wendy is always very responsible and caring. She handled some crazy situations for us -- an outside door that opened itself; a sick kitty. My cats were seniors by the time we met Wendy and she was able to medicate and take excellent care of them.

We have used this service for at least 10 years and have been very happy with Wendy and her staff at Purrfect Pet Sitting. We have had them take care of a variety of pets through the years including a dog, several cats, a g***** pig, fish and turtles. The pets have always enjoyed their visits , especially the dog, and are much less traumatized by staying in their own home versus being boarded.
We enjoy the daily diary which chronicals their visits and what happened each day. With Purrfect Pet sitting we are confident that our pets are well taken care of when we are away.

The pets love to be in their own environment and always seem so happy when we come home.
My dog always stressed out when she had to spend extended time in the kennel and being
an older dog, it was always hard to see. They take sure good care of her and provide me with
details about their visits. I am confident that they are well cared for and when there is an
issue they tell me and follow up on it, as needed.

The visits are great and a daily log is kept so that I get a detailed report on how the visits went. And I know that I can call or email if I have any concerns while gone.

Purrfect Pet Sitting is great. Wendy is very professional and thorough and you can tell that she is committed to giving your animal everything they need while you are away. During my second vacation, another individual was responsible for my cat and she was equally thorough and caring. The form you fill out before the first pet sitting visit covers everything from emergency numbers, frequency of feeding and medication, and veterinarian information. The individual covering your home will fill out a daily log of observations on how your pet is doing, if anything seems out of the ordinary and what they did. I felt very confident and comfortable having Purrfect Pet Sitting care for my cat and he loved them as well!

Wendy of Purrfect Pet Sitters, or one of her sitters, has been taking care of Sweetie and Chuck Norris, our two cats, right in our home, while we are on vacation for several years now. When we had a fish, they also fed our fish. They also bring in the mail help to keep the house looking lived in. They take excellent care of our cats no matter what and are extremely reliable. Wendy obviously loves animals and hires kindred spirits.

They come, will feed and walk your dog and give lots of attention.

We have used PPS for many many years. I could not script a better service or a more trustworthy, attentive and gracious owner. Total attention to detail and maximum concern for our pets and the security of our home (including turning on lights in the evening without being asked). Wendy and her associates are caring and amazing.
The cost of PPS serfvices obvioulsy depends on frequency and what is being done for our pets. We use PPS daily during the workweek and often on weekends The dollar number I used in this review is based on our typical monthly expense.
PPS is a 10++ out of 10. Complete satisfaction.

Never a problem and the new kittens barely missed us.

Wendy (owner) and Rachel who would be the actual sitter, came over a week ahead of time to meet the cats and get all the information. Their info gathering was very thorough. They asked questions that I've never been asked before, such as if anyone else would be coming in while I was away. They asked the name of my vet and I noticed that Wendy filled in the phone # without having to ask, she just knew it! I thought that was a very good sign.
When I came home, there was a record that Rachel had kept about how things went while I was gone. My normally skittish cat took her meds right out of Rachel's hand, and my other cat jumped in her lap.
Their price for a short visit ($18) is slightly less expensive than my regular sitter. They also have a higher price for a longer visit, but a short visit was fine for what I needed them to do. I'm sure the cats would have loved them to stay longer though! :-)

Purrfect Pet Sitting is the BEST! Wendy does an awesome job and my cats loved her. She's very knowledgeable about animals and did a great job with our elderly cats, who needed medication.
