THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. I COULD SEE THAT HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE'S AN EXPERT AT IT. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL ABOUT NOT HARMING ANYBODY ELSE'S PROPERTY. HE CLEANED UP HIS WHOLE WORK AREA AS IF HE WAS NEVER THERE.
