After speaking with Dianne on the phone, I would not recommend buying anything from her business. When a mistake was made on the date of a bridal appointment, Dianne called and was extremely disrespectful and rude. Even after apologies and explanations, she would not allow me to reschedule a new appointment. When I am spending a lot of money on a wedding gown, I want to go to a store that treats customers with respect.

We were getting married on a cruise, basically a planned elopement. I had been looking for a dress and just couldn't find what I wanted. I wanted simple, elegant and not really 'wedding-y'. I was hesitant to try DeAnna's at first because I feared it would all be over the top but I'm SO happy I did. The very first dress she had me try on was 'the one'. It was actually a bridesmaid dress, but I ordered it in ivory. Dianne was VERY helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Prices were great, service was fantastic. The dress came in and was too small (due to sewing a lining in it) but Dianne was able to get another one rather quickly for me. I HIGHLY recommend DeAnna's for bridal! They have everything from simple and elegant to 'Bridezilla'!
