Started well, then he started not showing. The work lacked any craftsmanship. Left around were over 50 nails/screws, nails were left completely out where boards came off, foot prints in stamped concrete, didn't actually stamp or antiques the whole space, rock piles left in the yard, never power washed and added sealer (will have to sue if it ruins this winter, which is another hassle), the cabinet area made isn't even and the door on one side won't close. I have many pictures but he has stopped returning call and text messages. He was paid the last payment because he was there to finish that day while I was at work. My bank account shows he cashed the check within the hour and then poof. BEWARE I kid you not he is very personable, good salesman (conman)
