Everything was an A. There is never a problem with them. The car lasted 18 years and I donated it. It worked out well. The workers were all professional.

I have never had a problem with them. They did what they said they would do and it was completed with no problems.

They are very expensive, but they do very good work. I never had a problem with any repair or service that I ever had there.They always complete the service that bring in for. They are very responsive. I like about them is that they will give you a ride practically anywhere. If you need a ride to get home or to work, they will provide it.

Palisades VW service staff is always courteous and honest about work to be done and the charge. Scheduling is prompt and made as convenient as possible. When I have needed a lift home after drop-off or a ride to pick up the car when finished, it has been provided. This particular visit was part routine oil change, and preventive maintenance for a car with over 130,000 miles. The front brake work was unexpected, but I received a call about it to give my okay before the work was done. I have been satisfied with the work performed, but do feel that the labor and parts charges are high. Having said that, I have to admit, that I have not done a comparison study of VW repair in the area. I purchased my car (used) at Palisades VW in 2005 and have continued the relationship with them since.

They are not cheap. Their labor is kind of high, but they are very good. They have really nice guys working in the service area and they are very responsive. Once I found a really large screw in one of my tires. They were really swarmed there that day. They got me in and took care of me that day even though they were really busy. They have talked to me about extra service, but they haven't pushed anything on me.
