Well, we had a problem and no internet, phone or TV. It took 2 days to get an appt. On the day of the appt I was in the hospital, my wife contacted them to see if they could provide a tighter timeframe than the 2-6. They obliged and said 3:45 - 5 so my wife knew she was OK to stay with me in the emergency room for a while. When she got home at 2:30 there was the note 2 Oclock the tech was there and gone. She did beg and get him back. We were billed 80 dollars for a missed appt. Upon contacting them customer service could say only their hands were tied. They, in my opinion, are not even human, and anyone doing business with them is really making a massive mistake

This is to review Optimum Cable, Internet, and phone service in general and not just the store in W. Nyack. I tried to update my last review, but I don't think Angie's List allows that. Finally, they offered us a new promotional deal that will take our bill down $20/month. Service has been reliable.

I like the speed and everything. My only dislike is the price. It is kind of expensive. Unfortunately, my email is connected to so many different things that I can't change. The service is good. I really have no complaints. I just wish the price is a little bit lower.
