About us
I have been a licensed Home Improvement contractor since 1989 with over 30 years of experience. I am a one man operation. I do NOT hire day workers. I only hire qualified licensed sub-contractors to do the work I can not do. Billing is handled depending on the size of the job. Most small work (less than $1,000.) is done by verbal agreement unless the client wants a written one and is paid upon completion. On larger jobs I write a detailed Proposal with a payment schedule as work progresses. Usually 3 to 4 payments. All estimates are free. I am a full service contractor and can handle most of the work required to say remodel a bathroom or a kitchen from start to finish. The only work I do not do is stone counter tops and painting. I do install Ceramic tile, and custom heat convector covers. I also build decks and install PVC railings on patios., custom moldings, exterior and interior doors, pre-finished flooring, raised panel wainscot
