AFTER GETTING THE COMPUTER BACK WE DISCOVERED THAT THE POWER CONNECTION WAS IN BAD CONDITION, AND WHEN WE HAD GIVEN IT TO THEM IT HAD BEEN IN GOOD CONDITION. WE HAD TO WIGGLE IT TO MAKE IT GIVE A GOOD CONNECTION AND SO WE TOOK IT BACK, AND THEY APOLOGIZED. WE ARE GOING TO SEND IT BACK TO GET IT FIXED. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS IS GOOD SO WE ARE GOING TO SEE WHEN WE GET IT BACK.

I WOULD NOT GET ANOTHER SERVICE CONTRACT. I KNOW WE WERE NOT VERY HAPPY, AND THEY KEPT GIVING US A RUNAROUND ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. EVERYTHING COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER ABOUT THEIR WORK INCLUDING HOW THEY DID THE REPAIR.
