The office wasn't always punctual in responding but the electricians did a good job and were punctual.

The guys came on time and it took about 3 - 4 hours. I explained what I wanted done and they went straight to work. They cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. I have used them before and will continue to call them with any electric work.

NIGHTMARE from start to finish. They were never on time -- and never gave a courtesy call. Prices are EXORBITANT. They kept coming over to 'see how to proceed' or 'troubleshoot' and charged me $110 per hour for this, even sending two men and charging $110 PER MAN. Then, they spent a few hours doing work that they felt needed to be done without our approval -- again, charging me for TWO men. Total bill was $2400, but after filing a complaint, they lowered it to $1400. Still felt this was way too much money for the services. I was warned about their prices and their shady billing methods beforehand and wish I had listened. Company was responsive to our written complaint, but we still have to pay for the work we did not authorize. I do not fault the electricians - they were great. I fault the corporate/billing office/scheduling personnel here for total lack of communication and consideration of the time we spent, taking days off from work to wait for them...

THEY SEEMED TO BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DID MAKE A FEW HOLES IN THE WALL THAT THEY DID NOT FIX, BUT OVERALL THE ACTUALLY ELECTRICAL WORK WAS FINE.

IT WAS GOOD, THEY WERE RELIABLE. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GOOD. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM IS VERY GOOD. THEY CALLED QUICKLY. THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT RAPIDLY.
