landline phone service
 + -1 moreIt was positive. They fixed it. My internet was very slow and it did not reach upstairs so I used the online chat tool that they have and they found the problem. They increased the power to our wireless router unit and it fixed the problem. I would say I was satisfied.
Description of Work: I just talked to Verizon last week, on Friday in an online chat for repair service.
