I restore and refinish antiques and all wood furniture. I also Disassemble and Reassemble furniture that wont fit in home like Sofas

If they had no intention of repairing our leaf because they knew we were getting a new table from the dinette store, the least they could have done was let us know that. For botching the job so badly , (ruining a brand new custom ordered table) they exhibited no professionalism at all. The owner told my husband over the phone, "sometimes unfortunate things happen". Although that is true, it should be unfortunate for the business that made the mistake - NOT the customer. They should have done everything to make it better for their customer.
