I asked to be put on bioidentical hormones - after waiting for 2 hours to see the Dr. She agreed to work with me... gave me BioIdentical Progesterone... It worked!!!! got rid of my symptoms. I called her office to get refills. She took 4 days to return my call. When she did, she said in a very snippy voice - "You know, these are not approved by the FDA" - and she agreed to call in refills for me. After waiting for about 3 days and calling the pharmacy to see if she had called it in, she never called in the prescription. Neither did she ever return my calls. Just dropped me flat as a pancake. That's it. Then to top it all off, the secretaries never returned my insurance card, so I thought I lost it, until one day (about a month later) it appeared in the mail with a note from her office staff.
