He was professional, knowledgable, and caring, along with understanding our needs. And made us feel reassured with the whole process. His crew was professional and courteous. When my basement flooded, I called Gold Coast Restoration Services in the middle of the night, around 2 AM. To my surprise, Chris, the owner, personally answered my call. His responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. Within a couple of hours, the entire team was at my house, ready to tackle the situation. They efficiently removed all the water, cut out the damaged sheetrock, and set up numerous fans and dehumidifiers to prevent mold growth. Fast and great service, very happy with my experience with Gold Coast restoration

I had a sprinkler pipe that leaked into my basement. I dealt with Bill who was one of the owners. He was personally onsite assessing the damage, and seeing to it that the job was done properly. I would definitely use them again as they were punctual and finished the job as promised.
