Excellent service. Owner and two of his workers were on site from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable but most of all extremely honest. Communication from start to finish was top notch. The workers went above and beyond and stayed even longer to make sure the job was done right, they didn't rush through and made sure when they left I was in good hands taking the time to test everything first and troubleshoot instead of me having to call them back later. They took the time to explain each aspect of what they were doing and instead of taking shortcuts they even made a few extra touches to make sure it was done correctly, that is what a professional does and they do the job right. I found this company on the recommendation of a contractor friend and i can confidently say I will always call them for all my plumbing needs.

Dan returned my first phone call and all messages left after that -- very quickly. He stayed in touch in regard to scheduling appointments for repairs, called and came here right on time. He and his helper were very pleasant, the work got done and everything was stress-free! Nice people -- good work!

We just wanted to compliment Dan on being a gentleman and a man of his word. We had a gas generator installed in December 2013 by a different plumber who was operating under the D and L license number but marketing himself under his own name. After 18 months of trying to get this plumber to arrange for sign off by the Town of Hempstead plumbing inspector so we could get our CO, and after having failed inspection twice, we contacted the town inspector directly. He suggested we call D and L directly since the work had been done under its license. We explained the situation to Dan. He spoke with the town inspector, arranged very quickly to have his people come to our house, fix the problems and get the town inspection done. He did all this at no charge. He was under no obligation to help us but went out of his way to make things right and we greatly appreciated his professionalism, integrity and follow through.

These guys were prompt courteous and professional, they did a wonderful job. 
They removed the old boiler and installed a new Navien, John was a real pleasure 
to deal with. Very courteous and professional.

We added a extension to our house, we need a plumber with knowledge of new construction and venting to remedy issues that we were having with the existing plumbing. There was poor drainage. We had several plumbers out to the house to fix the issue and non could solve the problem. Finally we found someone that knew what the heck they were doing, turns out the plumbing had been vented improperly and would not drain very fast. Dan troubleshot our whole system and was able to figure out where the issue was. He installed some new piping and the issue was fixed. They also did a great job on our bathroom and shower pan.
I would hire this guys to do more work.
