"No person who builds a business and works at that business for over 25 years wants to have an unhappy customer. We strive for customer satisfaction and happiness and with over 1000 customers to date, many of whom wouldn't want to use another contractor unless we were unavailable due to active jobs and/or prior commitments. Member is one of those one in a million people, who, while I don't harbor any negative feelings for, could benefit from a long, relaxing, vacation. From the beginning of his job, he threatened with lawsuits 1) the architect 2) the hvac contractor 3) the plumbing contractor, and at the end of the job, 4) myself. When it reached the point that he was approximately $75,000 behind in payments, and after trying contact Member for over 2 months by phone, in person, and by mail, with no response, it saddened me bring suit,(the only suit involving Cz Construction), as it seemed he was unwilling to communicate in any capacity. Needless to say, the judge ordered him to pay, his home was beautifully designed by the architect, built by CZ Construction, and the interior finishes were performed by another contractor who went out of business while on Member job, as a result of his dealings with Member. In the end, tripling the size of his home was more work than he thought, not just a snap of his fingers. While I didn't see any truth in his complaint, his home was beautifully constructed, and we do wish him the best in his home."
