Chris was professional and very accommodating. His crew was right on time, polite & professional. They primed the ceiling and walls, they did 2 coats of paint, painted all the trim and doors. They did an immaculate job. I would highly recommend!

I hired CertaPro to paint my living room, dining room, hallway, and entryway. They were extremely professional and efficient. Their lines were absolutely perfect, and they made my once hole-ridden walls look perfectly smooth. Four painters completed the job in just seven hours, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Highly recommended!

"[Removed member name], Thanks for your comments, we sincerely do value them. I am sorry you feel the way you do and rated us as such. Every time we spoke (on phone or at your home during walkarounds) you mentioned you were very happy with our overall work, which is why you hired us again. When you informed me about the missed spot inside I apologized and fixed it. Switch plate covers should always be removed, they were not in all instances, and that is unacceptable to me which I related to you. There is no excuse for that. I did not make it back there for the last hours of the exterior work. Some tiny paint chips are impossible to pick up. If it was more than that and I was informed about it, I would have had my crew go back immediately to rectify. I was informed by my crew supervisor that any touchups were pointed out and taken care of before they left. I was told you were very happy. I apologize for any broken flower pots, again unacceptable, I was not aware of it and will gladly replace for you if you would give me a call. If my crewmembers make a mistake they are instructed to let me know immediately. Touchups, drips etc occasionally do happen (not often) but I pride myself in responding to any customer complaint and fixing it immediately to make sure our custsomers are 100% satisfied. We were very pleased with our interaction with Chris Rentz and his team of five painters. Chris was very thorough and detailed with his estimate and explained what would be included in each room. The workers were friendly, professional and competent. Chris was on hand on the first day and was reachable if we had questions or concerns. Darien, the foreman, was very easy to communicate with and handled any of our concerns immediately. We anticipated that the project would take up to four days. The job was completed in three days.

They were very good and I was very happy with them. The price was a little high but the guys were here for a full day so it wound up being a fair price. I didn't know that much was involved. They were very neat and did everything to my specs.

At their recommendation, I scrubbed the doors, frames, and sills before they got here. We had a few postponements due to wet weather, but everything went well once we had a dry spell. They arrived just after 1 pm and finished up by 4. The doors look great.

Terrific! We had an outstanding experience from the beginning through to the completion of the project.
Chris the President spent about an hour and a half quoting the job. We met with other contractors, and overall Chris provided us the most detailed, and specific quote and their pricing was right on point.
After scheduling the work, Chris and I were in regular contact at about the time the job was scheduled to begin. The work was delayed slightly due to several days of rain, but at no fault of CertaPro. After confirming the forecast, Chris gave us a new start date and the work commenced as expected.
The first day was a whole house power wash. On the second day, Tony called me while he was at the paint store to verify I was clear on the new color, since I had mentioned gray, but the color was actually brown. I gave Tony the green light. After getting to the house, Tony rolled the new color onto part of the house and asked me to come see the new color to be 100% sure it was what we wanted. Although it was such a stark difference to the original color (white), it matched the picture we had perfectly so I said to go ahead.
For the remaining 4 full days, Tony, Willie, and Monty (I hope my spelling is right!), worked non-stop, taping, rolling, and spraying the paint. We used 4 colors total, going from a white house with black and forest green trim, to a brown house with cream, oxblood, and black cherry trim. Tony pointed out all areas of concern at the beginning, and I made some alternate arrangements to address those issues swiftly. Windows that had originally looked bad now look fantastic.
Overall, Chris and his crew were detail oriented, dependable, in constant communication, and flexible. I really enjoyed working with them and my wife and I are very happy with the experience and finished product. In fact, at this point seven neighbors have stopped in passing over the last four days to compliment us and Chris's team on how nice the house looks. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

CertaPro Painters did a great job for us. The were very clean which was important to me. They did a great job on the walls in my son's room which needed alot of work. The crew was very friendly and respectful. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my neighbor.

CertaPro Painters of East Islip painted my Master Bedroom. The ceiling in my bedroom was a mess. They repaired a lot of spots and made it look like new. The changed the colors on my wall from white to green and it looks beautiful. Thanks CertaPro.

Chris came by and gave us an estimate. He was the most professional and knowledgeable of the 3 estimates I received. The crew, Tony and Monty, were very clean and did a great job. The price matched the estimate exactly and the work done was exactly as I wanted. I would call CertaPro again.

CertaPro Painters of East Islip was great from start to finish. Chris was very professional and ALWAYS answered my calls. My first time dealing with CertaPro Painters of East Islip, I hired them to powerwash my home, patio and fence. It went perfectly and everything looked brand new again. The crew was polite and clean. I had Chris back to paint a few rooms in my home and hired them again. The crew was courteous and clean. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job. My den, kitchen and dining room look beautiful. I would and will hire CertaPro Painters of East Islip again.

Mr. Chris Rentz and his crew were the most professionals that we have ever experienced.He came to give us an estimate and we were stunted from his professionalism and explanation of the way that the painting project would go.He explained every detail and paints that we should use for the best outcome of the project.His crew was on time and very very clean.That job went very very well and it was done on time as promised.We were very happy with the job and we have a painter that we can trust and use in the future.
