I was looking for a house, which is hard enough by itself, and was having a hard time trying to figure out what I had to do to get a mortgage and not get a bad deal, because I didn't know what I was looking at. One of my closest friends suggested giving John Keil a call. John from the first minute I got on the phone with him made me feel comfortable. I gave him my information and he in return told me what he needed from me, and within a very short time period John called me back with options. At first I had no idea what he was talking about, but John took the time to explain to me what everything meant and how it would effect me over the life of my mortgage. John answered every question I asked on the spot or got back to me within a couple hours if not minutes. He even helped me out with getting a lawyer that I could trust, and walked me through the whole process. I would never get another mortgage from someone other than John.
