Welch Chem-Dry

Did a terrific job. Carpets look brand new. We had a problem with our dog and there was blood on the upstairs carpet. Got stain out completely and did a great job on the entire house. Will definitely use again. Cleaned master bedroom, upstairs hallway, 3 sets of stairs, family room and office.

John came and went right to work. He knew what needed to be done and I left him alone. Carpets came out great. He even hand cleaned certain areas. He finished the stairs with a special broom that caught the hard to remove cat hair. Carpets look almost new and they are over 30 years old. I would have him back anytime.

Overall, he did a good job, and I had no issues with his work.

We've called John for our carpets for years. We raised five children in a mostly-carpeted home, and John has always been able to bring our badly-treated carpet back to life. John works harder, physically scrubbing and cleaning the carpet, than any other cleaner we've used. He knows his product and gets out spots and stains (did I mention the dogs and cats?) we had thought permanent. The fact that the Chem-dry process doesn't soak your carpets and is dry in a couple of hours is so much more convenient for a busy home, not to mention more healthy.
