Product did clean to some extent but left more water in the carpet than I felt it should have. Took 3 days and left an odor (I believe because of how long it took to dry) even though I used a deoderizing soap. Smell was like a wet blanket. Also left some soap in the carpet. Not very happy with total result. Would use a professional next time.

I called John on a Tuesday and he quoted me a price. I scheduled it for that Friday and he fit me in even though he was doing another job before mine over on the other side of the county. He was awesome! We just moved into our house and who knows how long it had been since they'd been cleaned. Although he wasn't able to get everything out, he was very thorough and I was very pleased with the results.

Excelent results. The carpets look and smell great! Was one of the hottest days of the year and John worked tirelessly for get the job done.
