He installed an HVAC after I was flooded from Sandy.  there was a faint odor of oil which he said would dissipate.  It never really did.  He came to set up the A/C when the weather got warmer.  When we put on the A/C the house really smelled of oil.  We called him back and he said call a plumber and said if he came back it would take a really long time.  We called him again and he refused to come back and was beligerent to my sister on the phone.  We called my oil company who came immediately and fixed the problem  The oil repair man said the installer did not know what he was doing.  The cabinet was full of oil and he  cleaned as much as he could but could not reach it all.  We have to clean it every few days as the A/C pulls the oil from the unreachable area.
