Examples of sloppy work: They cut a hole was though the wall for one light switch and then a 2nd hole for the same switch when they realized there was a problem with the location where they made the initial hole, and covered it with a light switch plate cover, which is ugly. At least it was only closet.
Also, in my dining room, they cut the hole too large, slapped on an extra large switch plate to cover the hole, but it still doesn't cover all the holes and they chipped a lot of paint surrounding the light switch. It was a recently painted dining room and the large light switch, paint chips and holes are ugly. When I complained to the Owner via email requesting to make the repairs to the wall/paint, the response was sorry we don't do paint repairs.
To be fair, they indicated there were challenges accessing the electrical box behind the dining room light switch, but if it was too difficult, they shouldn't have started the job.
Bottom line, the work was done but sloppy and no attempt was made to satisfy the customer who paid in full.
