I've been using them for years. They do excellent work, and if an issue is discovered, they will come and fix it. I found a minor issue with my smoke alarm system about two years after it was installed. It was more of an issue of convenience. When I called the owner about it, he said: "that it should have been done right in the beginning." He sent his crew out the next day to correct it. I always call them to do work for me.

They sent two unlicensed electricians that barely spoke English. I was watching while they installed the outlets in the living room. They used a piece of wire to jump the ground wire to the neutral wire. I looked this up on the internet and found that is not to code & could be dangerous. I called John Mckeon (owner) and told him about it and he denied it at first, but then checked with the guys who had done the work and confirmed that that was in fact what they had done. He sent the same guys back to fix the problem. I would have thought he would have come himself.
