They were great. They were amazing. I did a whole bunch of research and everywhere I looked, they came up as being experts on bed bugs. They're not regular pest control people. They just do bed bugs. They were fantastic. For not very much money, they sent a specialist out and he spent hours and hours looking at everything and turning everything upside down and told us that we didn't have bedbugs. For $300 he gave us a negative report whereas Green Earth came in with a dog and told us that we needed to pay $10000 or more. If someone asked me about them, I would tell them about their absolute, total honesty and integrity. They're extremely knowledgeable. They know everything about bedbugs. It was really reassuring to have them in and tell us, "Look if you can't find them by your bed, then you don't have them because they always go near people. They don't hide in the attic." They went out of their way for us. They even traveled to one of our distant houses which was out of their normal range just to check. We had another positive in that house from a completely different dog with a different company and we sent Boot A Pest up there. They drove hours out of their way to go and do this inspection for us. They didn't charges us extra. So they're great. They weren't expensive and they didn't charge us for anything extra. I go out of my way to recommend them to everybody because with bedbugs there is a lot of opportunity for cheating people of money and they were so unbelievably honest about it.

I will still do business with them. I haven’t had any bugs since they came out. They are good. They used chemicals that were safe for my cat. He tried steam on the bed and he didn’t fold my bed or couch. He did not tuck it with chemicals. We hired him because he was pretty respected among people who deal with pets. So our pets are safe and it’s a safe practice. He answered emails from me before he showed up. I think I found him on Thursday and he came that Saturday morning. He came as soon as possible, pretty much literally. He will answer my questions as his customer. He is knowledgeable. We haven’t seen any bed bugs since he came out. I have recommended him to friends. He sent me information about, like extermination of pests that I have shared with friends. I would definitely use his services again in the future.
