 + -1 moreMy conclusion is that he is trying sell me a job for $1000 by destroying my sprinkler system. He is a incompetent mechanic and a crook. Next day he came by to persuade me to let him do the job. My reply to him was I have no confidence in him as a plumber (he does not have a plumber license). I didn't not know what he did. Through out the whole maneuver he never answer me of what he was doing. He damaged my sprinkler system beyond repair. I complain to the Better Business Bureau. On May 21 2015 I contacted you ( Angies' List) for the information on ADV and sons. Your reply was that you do not give provider information to non-members. So I joined Angie's List at the same phone call and you told me that there is no such provider in your list. Yesterday a girl call me claiming she was from Angies' List and asked me about whether I used Angies' List as a member. Did I use Pacific Sprinkler Systems as a provider? How much was the charge? I asked her for her credentials and return phone number.She would not gave me. How did the name Pacific Sprinkler pop up? Why is she asking me how much was a job cost? She called from 317 808 3427. Please explain what's going on. Because of her phone call I checked your provider lawn sprinkler list myself. ADV is on there with township, telephone and P.O.Box #. I guess I will have to check in the future again. I still have a chance to voice my opinion with Better Business Bureau.
Description of Work: Apr 27 2015 ADV Irrigation and lawn sprinkler came to fix a small dripping leak of my lawn sprinkler system. the end results were the electrical system and the valves system were completely severed from the water conduit systems. Angelo the mechanic said he did not have the exact cap to replace the leaking cap, however he can make one to do stop the leak. It didn't work and the leak was worse. He further disconnect the main pipe and make another modification on the pipe. It did not work and the leak was pouring out water like an open faucet. I told him to stop and insist that he gets the correct parts before he would do any more work. He refuse to listen. He said he will fixed it "in no time". I have to excuse myself for answering a phone call inside my house. Five minutes later I saw electric wires, valves and pipes chaotically laying on the floor. They were severed from the system. He said it looks bad but it was not as bad as it looks. He can get the correct parts and fix the system for $1000 any day I want.
