Description of Work: We had a support wall removed which included installing a steel support beam and a post and removing some baseboard heating. Dominic gave a realistic estimate of the time involved, but the project stretched out several days beyond that due to an unexpected air conditioning duct that had to be rerouted. He coordinated with our HVAC people and resumed work as soon as they were done. Also one night the heat did not go on after his plumber had been there he responded right away and put us in touch with the plumber who talked us through relighting the pilot. Dominic's crew arrived on time, were respectful, and hard working. They put up plastic "walls" which prevented dust from spreading throughout the house. They took them up and down each day because the work was right in the heart of the house and we had to keep functioning with 2 kids during this project. We pretty much had to kick them out because they kept coming back and spackling and sanding after we thought it already looked perfect. He did not change the price in the estimate.

+ -1 moreHe did work for a neighbor across the street. And that was how we knew of him. But I am pretty sure he sent me a book, DJC and Nanuette. He is unbelievably thorough. He knows his craft, great ideas, and takes what you have to say in the consideration. We have worked for the different construction person for bathroom that we have done. The communication was great, what and how could be done were clear, what will be the cost of the action plan is, we thought out and inclusive of our own ideas and his ideas. I started using them last week, the first week of school, Sept. 6 or 7, something like that.
Description of Work: We are currently working with DJC Enterprises Inc. for remodeling of kitchen & bathroom.
