We were using them on a weekly basis.  What started off as three cleaners, became two over time.  The quality of work was absolutely sporadic based on whom showed up.  Also the amount of supplies they used most assuredly kept home depot in business for a couple of years.  Diane is a very nice woman, as were the crews.  The quality that started off so well absolutely fell over time.

This is a regular service, and mostly I have been pleased, with a couple of small issues which hopefully have been resolved.

I have used Partners in Grime for over 15 years.   They are always on time, responsible, friendly but most of all, trustworthy.   I allow them to enter my home when i'm not here and never give it a second thought.   I come home to a spotless home so that I can enjoy my weekends.   I would recommend them to anyone who asks.  The owner, Diane, works with your needs and gives you the best possible price for your household needs.   If you need your home or office cleaned, look no more!

Partners in Grime began cleaning our home about a year ago. At first I was pleased with their service. They were pretty punctual and thorough, and the cost seemed reasonable. But over time I noticed things I wanted to change about how they cleaned my home, and they were not very open to making changes. First of all, many of the products they like to use are harsh and have strong odors. After a few months I asked if we could provide other products instead because we have allergies and asthma in the family. They said yes, but then the women who came seemed confused and either didn't use the new products or used them in strange places. For instance, one day my daughter's furniture was cleaned with Seventh Generation disinfecting bathroom cleaner. I once found a bottle of Fantastik in my son's room after they cleaned. I asked them not to use Fantastik in the bedrooms, but they continued to use it anyway. I asked them to use milder cleaners and not to use more than they really had to. I suggested many surfaces around the house could be wiped with a damp clothe, but they just didn't seem to understand. After this, they continued to clean surfaces in the bedrooms, door frames throughout the house, and wood furniture with Fantastik or bathroom cleaner. I emailed them about this 3 times and talked to them about it at my house once, but they never got it.
Then the worst thing, which started right from the beginning but only became apparent after several cleanings, is that they damaged my stove by using oven cleaner to clean the stove grates. The oven cleaner began wearing the finish off the grates and the paint off the control panel. At that point I learned that Easy Off should not be used anywhere on a stove's exterior. Both Easy Off and the stove's manufacturer agree on this. I had not known that, but a professional cleaning service should have known. When I realized what had happened and knew what needed to be done to fix it, I contacted them and explained. The owner said she would take a look and talk to the women who had been cleaning my house, but then it took 2 more emails from me and almost 3 weeks to get a call from her. She was defensive, saying green cleaners just didn't work well and that it is important to clean spills on the stove right away. Neither of these arguments would excuse her employees damaging my stove. We got disconnected after a few minutes and she never called back. I sent another email, and then after about another week I got an email offering to pay for the control panel to be replaced, but no answer on the replacement of the grates (the Maytag repairman told me neither could be repaired). After another 2 emails from me and another week and a half, the owner finally said she would only pay for the control panel. So instead of taking responsibility for the damage they caused and working with us to quickly fix it, they took almost 6 weeks to finally refused to take care of the necessary repairs. I was really just stunned by their lack of responsiveness to this issue and the smaller issues that arose while they were working for us. I would definitely not recommend this service to anyone.

They are excellent cleaners. They are on time and very trustworthy. They are never a problem.

I had used PIG in the past and their work was good, so after remodeling my house I brought them back to clean for me again. If I was home, the quality of work was good, but I work full time now and often couldn't be here. Yes they are trustworthy, but if left alone the house felt as though it was never cleaned. When I called to complain the first time I was told my house is too big and they need more time to clean it (apparently 8 hours isn't enough time for a 3600 sq ft house) and that her ladies aren't used to cleaning with my products (Mr Clean, Tilex and Windex) since most customers prefer no chemicals in their homes. The second time I called with a concern about the condition of my house (kitchen and family room weren't cleaned, floors not mopped), response back from the owner of the company was "we need to let you go since we can't satisfy you". Best thing she ever could have done, I now have an amazing housekeeper that cleans my house in half the time for less money and does an amazing job.

They were on time and did a thorough job. The office seems to be a little confused.

I called and got this company on very short notice (about 2 days). They were great with responding to my calls and getting there on time. They did a good job overall- very professional and even worked through the carbon monoxide detector going off (which was b/c of all the chemicals they were using, not b/c of actual CO1). I had to ask for a few areas to be re-cleaned though, which they did do without complaint.

Partners in grime was on time and experienced. Their prices are very reasonable.

I would highly recommend them. They are trustworthy. I can leave them alone and not worry. There are two women that come. They do a great job. I have had them for two years and I have never had any problems. They are very flexible regarding their schedule.

IT'S EXCELLENT. I WOULDN'T CONTINUE TO USE THEM IF IT WASN'T. THEY'RE PROMPT. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. IT'S HARD TO COMPARE PRICING. I'M SURE THERE'S SOMEBODY CHEAPER. I WOULDN'T USE THEM IF I THOUGHT THEIR PRICING WAS UNFAIR.
