 + -1 moreI was very satisfied. He has even helped me on his days off! He has worked on site at my home office, remotely using logmein.com and over the phone. He is very responsive, very reasonably priced and very patient, even when I am being less observant than I should be. My laptop looked hopeless because of a viral takeover. He helped me over the phone to remove the problem in less than an hour!
Description of Work: He installed Outlook Express on my main computer. Now I can e-mail architectural drawings instantly. Before that I had to zip files. It used to take 15 minutes to send a drawing to my printer. Now I just press a button! All my web addresses are sent to one location. No more logging on to my various web sites. He also helped me remove harmful cookies and viruses from my computers. He installed logmein so I can remotely access my computer. I was able to log in in Aruba!
