Description of Work: Service is okay; problem is there are echoes and annoying beeps during phone conversations; equipment is not top of the line, but I'm not sure if it's the phone instrument or the Internet line. Overall, I'd say land lines have better sound quality; can't rank their service quite yet, nor can I compare them to our previous provider -- yet. Your form asks if we would use this provider in the future and gives us either a "yes" or "no" option. What about "maybe"? That would be my choice, if it were offered.

VoIP phone service quality is directly related to the quality of the internet access provider (ISP). If the ISP has latency issues and/or packet loss issues, the quality of service will be degraded. [Member Name removed] service has been directly affected by the poor quality of her ISP (as she alluded to in her "review"). BNCVoice's response and recommendations have been accurate and quick. This company is in the process of moving offices. BNCVoice is assisting and they have added an additional extension. The criticism is understandably mis-placed. Hopefully her ISP carrier will be better at the new location. BNCVoice is working hard to assure that her phone quality experience will be better.
