Mark Thompson was working constantly. He did one heck of a good job. He took no breaks. It was done in two days.

Thompsons Fix & Trim is a good company. They cleaned up after themselves. We have experienced no drafts from the windows and the heating bill went down a little.

At first I thought this was going to be a good experience, but I was wrong. Thompsons Fix & Trim messed up a few things. They didn't install the downspout or trim around my skylights properly. They also had to come back and patch part of the roof already which is very disappointing.

Thompsons Fix & Trim is family owned and local. They have been around for a while. They have that old time quality customer service feel that makes you feel that you are number one. I am so pleased with the windows that I can open them with one finger.
