Initially he told me he would be calling me that Friday at 8am. He didn't call, but I managed to get through at 8:30. He told me he was spending the morning at Sherwin Williams evaluating stains and paints to use on the projects, and to call around noon. I was unable to contact him after multiple attempts. Approximately 15-20 calls, 2 messages left on his cellular voicemail. I haven't heard from him yet. I waited, attempted to contact him again the wednesday after Memorial Day. I left him a message telling him I needed to be contacted. I haven't heard back from him since.
Description of Work: He came recommended from a top notch financial planner. I called initially, didn't hear back for a month. Talked again, told him it wasn't urgent until the good weather came. After many attempted contacts, he visited me the Wednesday before Memorial Day. I gave him a verbal description, as well as a tour showing him each thing needing done. Spoke about the urgency of getting the deck done, as I needed to get an awning up before the weather got too warm. He agreed, told me people would be here the weekend after Memorial Day.
