Communication was timely and thorough. The persons working at my home were professional and cordial. All of my questions were answered and the conversations were easy. Appointments were kept and on-time. I'm not sure what else I could ask for, I do plan to utilize this business again.

EXCELLENT on ALL accounts. Very professional. Super happy. Highly recommend them. I was looking for an electrician in Albany to install a ceiling fan as a gift to my daughter who had moved there. Excel Electrical Systems will be her go to for any future electrical work. Excellent communication upfront (by Silas Mieses) and day of service, excellent (and best) price quote, service available on weekend. Can't praise them enough- they gave an all inclusive quote. All 3 other electricians required a week day in-home estimate visit and were at a minimum twice as expensive. Mind boggling. Thank you Excel Electrical- you are a real find.
