Brian Bender is honest and professional I would I have him every year come to clean my furnace and make sure that everything is running the way it should run he doesn't make up fake things that's wrong with it

He comes and cleans my furnace every year and a great job at keeping my furnace going

Our furnace would occasionally start running and not shut off. One serviceman thought it needed a new thermostat. But that was not the problem. Another serviceman thought it needed a good cleaning. But that didn't solve the problem either. And another serviceman said we should replace the entire system. We finally called Brian Bender. He came over and went through our system with a fine-tooth comb. He discovered that a valve had been put in backward and that the expansion tank was not working properly. We scheduled an appointment for him to come back and fix the problem. And that's exactly what he and his assistant, Bill, did. They were professional, dependable, and very thorough. A total of 5 hours was spent on our furnace. They did not rush through the job. They worked meticulously at inspecting, repairing, evaluating, and cleaning our entire heating system. At one point Brian left to work on an emergency boiler repair job, but Bill stayed behind and finished with our furnace. While Bill was there alone I noticed several things that I liked. Brian (the owner) called Bill several times to check on how things were going with our furnace. Several times I would go down the basement, and Bill would take the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I could see for myself that he was working diligently and paying close attention to every detail of our heating system. And toward the end when Bill was cleaning up, I appreciated the way he cleaned the outside of the furnace. He wiped dust and dirt and even a few cobwebs off the furnace casing. We are very happy with the service performed on our heating system. It's running beautifully, forcing out hot water and air that is hotter than ever. It shuts on and off at the right time and even seems to run more quietly than before. We will never use anyone else but Brian Bender Heating & A/C.

They serviced my daughter's house, which we own, and they did a good job. They have done it every year for ten years. They were close to the house. They were dependable and we trusted them. We got to know them over that time, and my son-in-law knows them. They've serviced the furnace in our house a couple of times, and one time - it was in winter - they came out off hours to try and take care of the problem and it took a couple of days to do it. They were very prompt.

Brian and his service representatives are competent, polite and
excellent service people. No matter what time of day or night Brian is
unfailingly cheerful...even rooting around in a dirty furnace ! I don't
know why all furnaces go out at midnight on the coldest night of the
year, but they do, and this company is prompt coming out to fix the
problem. i am getting a new furnace in the near future, and will use
this company
