I needed my old carpet replaced in my Living room and hall way. I had gotten many estimates and they were all about the same amount. I chose this company on the recommendation of another contractor that I had used for flooring installations.
I wanted to have the carpet installed before August since I was having company staying here, and my old carpets were filthy. I was under the impression that they would be able to complete the job. I signed the contract on July 17. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. I was very disappointed at the delay. I guess ordering a custom carpet and shipping it , involves more time that we had thought. It was installed Oct 2.
It was difficult at times to get in touch with this company. I only had a cell phone number for Joshua Bernesser, and he did not always get back to me right away.

I have another small area that needs flooring and they indicated they will give an estimate for this job.
I do have enough confidence in their work that I will have them do additional work as I need.

We cleared most items from the rooms. Monday, owner and helper arrived. They moved a very heavy china cabinet and 3 couches for us. They removed the ¼ round molding and vents so they could get right up to the exposed edge. They sealed the room by taping plastic sheet from the beam above the second floor balcony to the walls and stairs, which kept the dust from the rest of the house. With our permission, they worked to 11 PM sanding and cleaning. Tuesday-Thursday mornings they buffer, vacuumed and coated. Poly odor is strong. Friday they replaced the ¼ round and caulked its seam. They put my felts on the bottom of heavy furniture and returned it to the proper place. Floor now looks brand new. Great job. Nice guys. Good price. Highly recommend.
