I would give them 5 stars. He was there for 4 - 5 hours. He's very thorough. He gave a very detailed report. He was very knowledgeable. He presented himself well. He's clean-cut.

He was very good. He was very helpful. I was very pleased with his work. He did a thorough job. Checking everything out was what was helpful for the other inspector in deciding what needed to be done to make living easier for me. Every once in a while he sends you a nice email and sends you helping hints for your house, which I think is very nice. I would definitely recommend him.

We picked Mike not knowing anything about him. He was fast (15 hours after I called, he was here!), punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly and patiently listened to the advice we had received from various contractors and offered several suggestions for cutting unnecessary costs. One thing that was especially helpful was hearing Mike say what he could and couldn't tell about our home. So many contractors come in and have "all the answers". Not Mike. He was confident about what he could investigate empirically, and clearly explained what he was thinking about for areas that were difficult to investigate, but potentially problematic. I would not hesitate to have him back, or to recommend him to others who are looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and professional inspector who is very easy to have in their home.
