Mr. Coupal got my vehicle in to his shop very quickly even though I had never used his shop before. I had trouble doing my own repair on a ball joint and he bailed me out by replacing it at a very minimal cost. My car was done early and I was completely satisfied with the job! There were other parts that I was afraid may need to be replaced, but he checked them out and said they were good to go and did not replace anything that didn't need to be replaced. Other garages would have replaced the parts in question and charged me more for the job. Very satisfied and I know he is a very trustworthy individual.
