It went great. Dave comes to my area on Thursdays. When I called, he promptly returned my call and set up a time to come out. He discovered dog food that a critter had put on the heat shield of my oven was causing my oven to smoke really bad. I talked to him about my frost free freezer freezing up and filling with ice and he corrected that issue as well.
