didn't have enough girls never knew what time they would come. when my girls were on vacation she sent very inexperienced girls did a terrible job. she said she would send 2 girls for a do-over. They never showed up. I've been with them for about 5 months 2×week 117.00/week. Nothing but trouble

Absolutely awful. I was thrilled that they were able to come out immediately as I was in the hospital having given birth to my first child. Thank goodness my family was there to oversee or they would have done absolutely nothing. As it is, they broke my ninja mixer, put dirty dishes into my dishwasher AFTER being told it didn’t work, left whatever dishes didn’t fit in the dishwasher in the sink, and had a generally terrible attitude about the fact that they were actually being asked to clean! After my husband called to speak with Ursula, she was argumentative and not at all understanding or appreciative of the fact that we paid a large amount of money for..I’m not even sure what. I would never recommend them to anyone. In fact my neighbor did ask for a referral and I said whatever you do, DO NOT go to these people if you want your house to actually be cleaned or deal with anyone who cares about customer service. Such a disappointing experience.

"I got a phone call when my customer wife was in the hospital giving birth. I move all my schedule around just to go to her house and help to clean house and be ready for newborn baby. But we had one more job to do after, so I said we can only do 6 hours today ( 2 cleaners for 3 hours each) We did our best for this time. We put the dishes into the dishwasher, clean the kitchen and whole house. Next day I got a text from the father of the baby: "Very tired! But grateful to come home to a clean home. I'll give you a call this week to see if we can set something up maybe biweekly if possible and pricing". And a few days later he called me because he finds out the dishes in the dishwasher. We didn't know, that the dishwasher wasn't working. So after all our work, squeezing in the calendar, working hard we got overall: D Very upsetting"

The cleaners who come to our home are always very nice, punctual and attentive to their work. They do a great job and the cost is very reasonable. The company is managed well, and I've been accommodated when I've needed last-minute appointments or certain hours or days for the cleanings.

My experience with Ula and her girls was not the best... Positives, she was able to fit me in with relatively short notice and she was priced pretty fair, but that's it. I called for a move in cleaning of my new house. The house was empty except for some random things my 20 year old sister bought, at the end of the cleaning my sister noticed several cleaning supplies and paper towels she bought was not there. The house was predominantly empty and there was nowhere the supplies would have been. Contacted Ursula who spoke to the girls and said they did not take anything, but admitted that they used cleaning supplies from my sister's belongings despite that I paid extra to use their supplies. To make things worse, some cabinets and windows where not even cleaned! I had to clean them myself! Definitely do not recommend. I would have given her the benefit of the doubt if they had actually done the cleaning they said they would!

We had a Saturday afternoon appointment and the ladies arrived a bit late but that was understandable as I figured they got caught up at the previous job. No problem since, once they arrived, they did a fantastic job. Cleaned the house top to bottom and got so much done in such a short time. They did everything exactly as requested and were very pleasant. Ursula was very responsive to my inquires and scheduled my appointment very quickly. Would definitely hire again.

Horrible....very unhappy with the quality of work, base moulding never cleaned baseboard heat never cleaned counter tops never cleaned walls never wiped down...I have no idea what 2 people did for 2 hours....

"this apartment was in very bad condition, Girls got list of things need to be done, here is the list moving in cleaning , oven , kitchen cabinets inside and outside , new floor and new carpet , bathroom all tiles and corners , moldings , windows inside , wipe walls from dust and that how they focus on that points. Took us 4 hours (2 cleaners for 2 hours each). We did the best we could do in that time frame."

Better than I could have ever hoped. I was reluctant to change services but I am so glad I found Ursula and her team here on Angie's List. Time and time again they've done a fantastic job. They are also so considerate of animals in the house and teens sleeping schedule. Great service at a very reasonable price!

Whatever we asked them to do, they did it. We were satisfied. They brought 3 people for 2 hours each. I guess that's good. It seemed like we were going to get more time, but I guess when they break it up between 3 people, I get what they're saying. At first we were trying to figure it out. It's good and bad because they can clean more rooms, but they're not here for that long. They were good. I would use them again. The quality was good. They were on time.

Not well. The appointment was set for 8:15 and they arrived at 8:40. They finished at 11:20. Which is why I don't need six hours. It was the same two women who were here the two previous times so they knew me and the house. When they left they did not do a once over if they had they would have noticed that the carpets were left rolled up, the shower curtain flung up over the bar and several garbage pails did not have new bags in them. They also did not have all of their cleaning products which I had paid for so they used mine. It may not seem like much but when you are paying them $30 an hour each you should expect more. In the past I had tipped them and it seems they were looking for that today but today they did not deserve it. Don't get me wrong they did a good job but not as good in the past.
