Love this company! Just had my carpets cleaned and I could not be happier! He took meticulous care, handled the dirtiest walkway from front door to kitchen and it hasn’t looked this good in years! The price they quoted was exactly the price I was charged and it was reasonable! I highly recommend Royal Carpet Care!

the work was excellent and everything looked fabulous when done, even though in 2 rooms the carpet was so bad from my sick dog and i thought the carpet had to be ripped up! They saved my carpet big time!!!! The owner could not have been nicer and friendly and explanation of what he does, that was the first thing that sold me! Their worker Chris was fabulous, friendly, did absolutely wonderful work on every carpet and the steps! I was very happy with all the work they did and will be calling them back again! Leslie B.

Patrick was very professional and did a great job

The rug was old and a bit matted but I looks better than it did. The service was great and Richie was very professional and extremely efficient in his cleaning. He takes the time to go over the rug more than once, not only in the cleaning but to make sure the rug is in good condition. The price was very reasonable.

This was the best carpet cleaning service we have ever experienced. They checked all of the boxes: timeliness, courtesy, professionalism, consideration, honesty and kindness along with expert carpet cleaning. Richie called shortly after we selected Royal Carpet Care. All, and we do mean all, aspects of the service were thoroughly explained in that first call before we contracted him. He gave us a 2-hour window when he would arrive to pick up the carpets and arrived early in that time frame. He rolled up the carpets and the took up the padding, which was partially disintegrated, and disposed of it for us. He also helped clean up the residue from the padding! When he returned with the cleaned carpets, he spent considerable time laying out the new padding and the carpets so that they were properly aligned. Then, he helped us move the furniture back in place! If Angie's list had an A+, we certainly would have given it to Royal Carpet Care!

They were punctual, professional and neat. The actually cleaned the two chairs twice because they were unhappy with the initial results. Definitely would use them again.

I honestly cannot believe that it was the same couch. I picked it up off the side of the road and it looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. After Royal carpet cleaning came at the time they said they would be there, the job was done in about a half an hour it looks like a brand new couch. Very impressive. Please hire this responsive uncourteous company for any rug or couch cleaning needs.

John looked over the job, saw I needed additional work on the floor to make sure the job would be done correctly. He offered to do the additional work without an additional price. He was a very honest professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for flooring work.

Went perfect. Patrick is such a pro. He cleaned my 10 year old beige carpets and stairs to look almost new. He wouldn't leave until I was completely satisfied. Don't bother looking for anyone else.

I could not have been any more pleased with the entire job Patrick did at my house. I had an area rug which had become really grimy from my dogs and which had several stains I could not clean myself. In addition, we have a large expanse of tile in our kitchen, dining area in the kitchen and our back hallway. The tile was OK but the grout had darkened considerably in the two years since it had been installed. Patrick worked the entire day—tirelessly—to finish the job. He was professional, neat and very polite. When he was done the floor was sparkling and the grout was like new. Richard had quoted me what I thought was a fair price and I must admit that it was more than fair. I am sure that I will need Royal in the future and I will definitely use them again.
