Two men showed up to do my Cedar Shakes they were amazing they worked in the hot sun the area they worked on had Sun from morning till night. They were very respectful and courteous answered any questions I had. Also when I needed to get in touch with the company they were always there and answers any questions I had. I would definitely definitely tell people about this company they are wonderful and I will use them again when needed thank you Mike for talking me into it LOL thank you Glenn for being there when I called and thank you manager whose name I forgot I'm so sorry for coming to my house to check on things.

Service requested: Gutter Replacement Was having trouble with my gutters after the purchase of a new house. We experienced leaks during rainfalls primarily with heavy winds. Adam from pro quality came over and explained that the leak was likely from the gutters not being properly aligned to the edge of the roofing and the gap was allowing rain to enter during strong wind gusts. Appreciated him taking the time explain the problem and talking me through the types of gutters available and the time he expected to job to be completed. Service was exactly as described and price was competitive with offers in the area. His team came and installed it in the time frame established. After installation pro quality came back and reviewed the job. Would rehire for future projects. Happy to say I havenâ t had a leak since.

We had 5 new windows installed and now that makes 18 new windows installed within 2 years. Very pleased with them.

The materials that were used in the job are exactly what we were shown. They're very good quality and they were installed very well. I really like the crew, they were really respectful and they care about what they do. I'm looking forward to when the rain comes for the true test but I'm sure they're going to hold up very very well and much better than anything we had prior. I definitely recommend these folks, they really hold up to their end of the bargain

Wonderful experience! We contacted company to replace the roofing on the extension of our house. We were concerned about some upcoming storms and the potential for further leaking within our home. These guys were nothing short of lifesavers. They came out immediately, assessed the issue and were on the job the next day to perform the needed replacement.. The workers were all polite and cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend these guys!

Excellent knoadgeble staff. They came back and fixed a problem with my installed door months later they were prompt and fixed the problem in less then an hour . Excellent service even after the install was completed. I would reccomend this company to everyone and anyone....quality work as well.

First of all, ProQuality found the source of a roof leak that the last three or four people that did failed patch work at my house never found. I have been sold skylights, shingles that I probably did not need over the past 3 years. When I called ProQuality, they had someone to my house the next day. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need and found where water was making it way to the way other side of my roof from chimney flashing. Clearly. They knew what they knew what the hell they were doing and all the others did not even have a clue. They were not even close to the source of the problem! I have since had ProQuality back to do some window work at my boy Garys house and he loved their work too. There are too few people I can trust these days but Craig at ProQuality is one of them.

The company replaced my entire roof and 10 skylights. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. Rob, in particular, was great to work with. He kept all of his promises and he and his employees were all very professional and experienced craftsmen. The job was completed on schedule and we are very satisfied with the results.
