Our family takes pride in our craftsmanship and in restoring and repairing the work of the original leather craftsman. We will clean, repair and recondition virtually anything made of leather! Precision Leather was recommended to me by Superior Leathers, a highly-regarded garment repair company that I have used in the past.
After an initial phone call I emailed pictures of the furniture and a description of what I wanted done. They emailed me a quote within 24 hours and we set a date for pickup. Everyone I spoke to at Precision was courteous. I found them extremely professional.
The pickup was prompt (and so was delivery) and the work was finished several days ahead of the intial estimated time. My furniture looks beautiful. It looks better than it did when I purchased the set. I recommend them very highly.
We have an L-shaped sofa and the leather that was made in Italy had to match the other panel. It had to be dyed to match the other panel precisely. The job was perfect. We would never know that it was dyed. They were very concerned. We did run into a small problem, but the job went very well overall. We had nothing to compare their prices to.
