Great customer service and a great outcome! They definitely went above and beyond.

I live about an hour away. I immediately knew they were the right team to take my 150 year old chair, and a set of 80 year old chairs......they helped me select the fabrics, they were very detailed in the process, they explained the process to restore them to their original beauty, and all three are gorgeous!!!!!! I have been waiting for the right place to take these treasured chairs I had passed down from my grandmothers, born in 1904 and 1896, and they had these from their mothers---THANK YOU PRECISION!!!!!

Very professional to deal with, and they are truthful about their time estimates as well as expected results and limitations of outcomes.

We had three expensive bar stools reupholstered which needed replacement leather covering and padding. Although it took three weeks the wait was well worth it; the quality of the repairs exceeded our expectations. The only (very) minor issues were getting a status on the work, and the price, but having looked into replacement costs we chose the right option for us. I would highly recommend them and will contact them again when we need any further furniture repairs.

If you need your furniture refinished please hire from Precision Refinishers. They are excellent professionals - courteous, prompt and their work is flawless. I had very good experience with them and I recommend them with enthusiasm.

I had 6 dining room chairs reupholstered. Gerry showed us many different fabrics in their store and I, together with my wife, chose the best that we liked. Their workmanship, I thought, was better than that of the original manufacturer. I was really pleased with the price.

After the initial refinishing job, I asked them to come back, and they willingly did so and put another coat on my desk. Very satisfied with the customer service, and the technician was extremely accommodating and nice.

I had to call them 3x to check on the status of my order and they finally said they were unable to do it. They did not offer any alternative fabric to the one I had given them for the job nor did they recommend another company that could do the job. They were unable to commit to a timeframe and appeared to be avoiding you when you call. They were friendly in the beginning of the process.

They repaired a hole in our leather ottoman. Very good job.
