Pete called me back right away and was right on time for the appointment. He Explained the issue with my dryer very clearly, there was debris in the motor. He made teh repair quickly and in my opinion charged a fair prioce.

He was great. Within an hour he called me back and said he would be at my home within the hour as well. This was great since it was a very rainy day, I was surprised I was able to get anyone out. His rates were also reasonable. I highly recommend him and definitely would use again if I had to.

Pete contacted me towards the end of his day and scheduled a visit for the following day. Pete arrived as promised on time. He checked the washer and gave his professional opinion to not repair as it would be more costly. He provided guidance on what washer to purchase and recommended what makes and models to go with. Pete provided excellent service and would hire him again.

After being frustrated by calling several appliance repair places, with varied service charges just to give an estimate, and a rude "screw you" attitude, I turned to angies list. Although one of the services I had a bad experience with was on angies list, I went down the list and called Pete. He had a service charge also, but it was the lowest of anyone I had spoken to. I also had a dishwasher to be fixed. He was upfront and suggested that the repairs would cost more than a new dryer. He gave a fair price and fixed my dryer in 20 minutes. Just a good, old fashioned, honest days work for an honest days pay. I dont mind paying, but I dont like being robbed. Thanks pete.

Made an appointment for following Monday. PETE indicated a cost for making call but indicated he would apply it to cost of repair should we agree to repair estimate. Arrived on time based on a specific time frame which we adjusted Monday morning. Was thorough, informative and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem within minutes, quoted replacement part cost with labor to install. After our acceptance of estimate PETE repaired in about 20 minutes and all is working well. After having another appliance company cancel I found Petes Appliance Repair. I called and left a message with Pete's and was called back 10 minutes later. The appointment was scheduled for the next day and Pete arrived on time. Within an hour he had fixed the problem, explained what he was doing and what had occurred. Expensive fix, but better than buying new and the issue was resolved.

I called Pete’s on Monday 2017-10-09 and left a message. About 20 minutes later, he returned my call. I described my problem (dryer had stopped working) and we made an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. About 8:15 Tuesday morning, Pete called to say he had an opening and could come over right away to which I of course said ‘yes’. He arrived about 45 minutes later. He is a very pleasant and personable gentleman and he inspired my trust and confidence. I showed him to the dryer and he had the problem diagnosed in less than 15 seconds (a broken drive belt). He also quickly determined the root cause with one question – “did you have sneakers in the dryer at the time?” (which I did). Twenty or thirty minutes later the dryer was working again. I found Pete to be very professional and knowledgeable and I thought his price was quite fair – I very highly recommend him.

Pete arrived promptly on the day of repair (day after I called). He diagnosed the problem as a faulty timer and drum bearings. His price quote was raasonable so I OK'd it. He worked very quickly while explaining to me the problems and what he was doing. Dryer is now running like new and I would not hesitate to recommend Petes to friends. Extremely satisfied

Great. Pete did a thorough test and diagnosis and repair. I had told him in advance what model Maytag I had which may account for having the right clutch part in his truck. So the job got done on the first visit. He explained what he was doing and why, which I like. He put up with my questions . A competent, honest, and friendly man. Will recommend to family & friends.

When I called Pete, he asked for the serial number. He looked up the manufacturer and knew that there were instances where a certain valve failed. He was right on time, checked that he was correct with the problem, had the part, and installed it quickly and cleanly. Would recommend him for the machines that he specializes in.

When he started the dryer and heard the noise, he knew what the problem was immediately. He gave me a price, repaired the dryer at the pice he quoted. No extra costs. Work was done professionally.

Pete arrived on time, took a look at the issue, provided his diagnosis of what the problem may be, and gave estimates as to what it would cost if it was A, B, or C. He said he wouldn't be able to determine what the problem was until he checked A, then B, then C. He was able to quickly determine the problem, and then started the repair. He even fixed a couple of other issues I had been having with the fridge, so great quick service! Very professional, and I would only call Pete for any other appliance issues in the future.

I called Pete on Wednesday morning at 8:40am and left him a message on his answering machine. At 9:05 i received a return call. i explained that the bottom oven coil would not heat up. He said he thought he could fix it. He said there was a $50 dollar service that would be applied if he could fix. We made an appointment between 12-3 pm and he wound up actually coming before that. he said he could fix and had part in car. He said it was worth fixing so we did. Thank you Pete for your quick service and honesty.
