Parisi Realty was the sellers' agent in a real estate transaction that closed in March of 2016. Seller's agent, Tammy Gloe, stymied communication with buyer's agent to resolve issues prior to scheduling a closing date, forcing a delay and causing buyer to close after rate lock agreement expired. The agent also misrepresented property features on the MLS listing, failed to honor appointment for final walk through or adequately prepare the house for final walk through (ie: gas service not turned on), and forced buyer to complete final walk-through inspection less than an hour before closing was scheduled. This may have been part of an attempt to hide significant problems with the house that attorneys would be unable to rectify in time for closing to commence without byer having to incur additional fees for delays. After closing was completed, Parisi failed to removed the "For Sale" sign from the property until several calls of complaint needed to be made directly to the broker, Rich Parisi, who threatened to bill the new homeowner for "damage" to the sign if it was removed by someone other than agencies contracted sign installation company. Sign installation company was called directly and told buyer that no appointment was made to remove the sign, and sign was removed approximately 7 days after closing. I have filed a formal complaint against this real estate agency with the Department of State and am considering legal recourse.
