Description of Work: I called the day before my wife's birthday to order a flower delivery of an arrangement I had seen on their website. The person behind the phone (Dale) told me that they may not be able to match their flowers exactly but will do their best. 1) Flowers were delivered late 2) I asked for 2 short sentences on the card for her B-day and they screwed that up too 3) Flowers we not fresh and several of them were wilting away 4) The delivered flower vase/arrangement was nothing like the picture 5) A couple of days later I called them to ask about all the mistakes and the same person (Dale) started raising his voice and arguing with me. I just hung up. I will never deal with them again.

Description of Work: I spoke to the owner, Maddy and she was professional, courteous and very thoughtful when taking the order for our loved ones fueral. She paid special attention to detail. I went into the store and was blown away that it wasn't just a florist but a gift shop as well. She took the time to let us know that they deliver all over long island and into queens directl from their store. I bought a lovely angel frame to put my loved ones picture in and give as a gift she gift wrapped it for me and everything. I have to say the quality of their flowers were amazing and she put together a lovey piece that everyone commented on. It looked as if I spent over $300 for it. I now know where I will be shopping for all of my floral needs that is for sure!
