Our main goal is to supply customers with services that our competitors don't want to do or don't know how to do. Mainly, we fix and guarantee other companies roofs. We are also similar to them in that we can give free estimates on new roof systems, but still unique in our installation techniques and material preference. As a leading repair company, we constantly adapt our installations processes to avoid problems that we have seen during thousands of leak repairs. We use science and our exposure to materials in the field to help us pick and install the best roofs available. We also provide chimney crown, mortar and flashing work.

Description of Work: They replaced part of our roof and put a higher shield up under our siding. We had an addition put on our house 15 years ago and for the past few years we have had a leak in one corner where the old house meets the new addition. My husband and I tried to fix it ourselves but the only time it leaked was with a significant amount of snow. This has been the first winter in a long time that we have not had to deal with a leak. Leak Stoppers did a great job, were here on time and I would recommend them.

When I give an estimate, after my analysis I come up with a labor and material price based on a $75-100 per hour labor rate for a crew of 2-9 men. I have competitors that charge as little as $40 per man hour and some that get $300 per man hour. My labor rate is for that worker, my office staff, my company overhead, workers comp... And My profit for working 50-60 hours a week running a professional service and installation company.
